Peter Swistak, President, CEO, Director

Mr. Swistak has seven years of experience in dealing with public companies. Mr. Swistak has consulted with public companies in various capacities such as financings, investor relations, property acquisitions and advisory roles.

Andrew Mah, Director

Mr. Mah has more than 20 years of experience in financial management and operations; mergers and acquisitions, debt financings, initial public offerings, and restructuring/turnaround. Mr. Mah also has a wealth of experience and contacts in the capital markets, domestic and abroad. He is also currently Chairman and Director of Cadman Resources Inc (Cuz.h). Andrew was the founder of Fireswirl Technologies Inc (FSW-V) and was the COO until October of 2007.

Harvey Lawson, MBA, CFO, Director

Mr. Lawson has also been a director and/or officer of several public companies and is currently an officer and director of Trade Winds Ventures Inc. and World Organics Inc. and is a director of Resolve Ventures Inc. and Inlet Resources Ltd. Also, Mr. Lawson is the Corporate Secretary and a director of Crimson Falcon Capital, a publicly listed Capital Pool Company. Mr. Lawson holds a BSc. Econ (1970) from the London University and an MBA (1974) from the Manchester Business School.

Ernest Brisbane, M.SC., P.Eng, Director

Mr. Brisbane is a registered professional engineer in British Columbia in the mechanical and mining disciplines and holds a Masters degree in mining engineering from McGill University. He has over 25 years experience in the mining industry in operating and executive roles for senior and junior mining companies. His 25 years of experience in the mining industry covers the mechanical, electrical, civil and mining disciplines for senior and junior mining companies.

As a senior consulting engineer he has participated in the design of open pit and underground mining operations in the United States and Canada. He has managed exploration activities in Canada for gold, silver, lead and zinc in grass roots exploration.

Early career experience was in the heavy engineering field of manufacturing, field installation and commissioning of power generation and pumping equipment.

Recent positions included 14 years as a senior consulting engineer with AMEC Americas LLC in the civil/mechanical disciplines for numerous mining, power and industrial projects in Canada, the United States and overseas.
